Your password

To reset your password for My Pension Online, just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Access my online account page of our website. Then select log in and your Scheme from the drop-down boxes and hit the Go button.

2. Select the forgotten your password link on the log in page.

3. Enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Then log in to the site as normal (using your new password).
