It’s that time of year again – drum roll, please – Pension Awareness Week!
This year we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of the annual event. And, starting today, this week is all about making you more aware of your pension, helping you understand how it works and highlighting the importance of saving for retirement.
To mark the 10-year anniversary, we’ll be posting updates on our News Hub and on our LinkedIn channel, LPPA Pensions each day this week, so keep your eyes peeled. There’ll also be a quiz on Pension Awareness Day itself (15 September) to test your knowledge.
UK financial communications company Pension Geeks, which created Pension Awareness Day back in 2014, has put together a week full of online activities especially for the occasion. These range from webinars on workplace pensions and saving for retirement, to talks on getting financial advice and tracing your lost pensions. You can find out more here.
