Due to the impact of Covid and the launch of our new member web portal (PensionPoint), your members may be experiencing longer wait times than normal when contacting the LPPA helpdesk.
Please encourage your employees to use our online contact form for non-urgent queries. And rest assured, we will respond to their calls and queries as soon as possible.

UPM training updates
Initial training for our new administration system (UPM) is now finalised for Bexley and Ealing. We will also be putting together some training videos for anyone who missed these sessions.
LPFA and Hertfordshire can still book their training sessions online.
