What is Mimecast?
Mimecast is our secure email gateway, helping us verify messages from our Contact Centre and keep your data safe.
How does Mimecast work?
Mimecast works by scanning and securing emails before they reach your inbox, ensuring only genuine messages get through.
1. We’ll reply using “Mimecast”
To keep your information safe, we send our emails through Mimecast – a trusted email security platform used by organisations worldwide.
2. You’ll need to register to view your message
The first time you receive an email from us via Mimecast, you’ll be asked to create a secure account. Once registered, you can log in any time to view your messages.
3. Why we use Mimecast
We use Mimecast for all emails, including general queries, to make sure your personal information stays protected.
4. Please don’t reply to the Mimecast email
The email address used is “Do not reply”, so if you reply it, we won’t receive it. If you need to get back in touch with us, please use our online contact form again.
