Our member panel provides us with regular feedback on our communications and services. Find out why we care so much about member opinions and how you can get involved.
It’s not unusual for organisations to talk about putting members at the heart of everything they do, but at LPPA we believe this sentiment should be more than just words. We created our member panel to give us a better understanding of our members, so that we can constantly improve our service.
We send out regular surveys on everything from the content of our letters and navigating the LPPA website to the simplicity of our processes and how we support members at key moments, such as joining the scheme or planning for retirement.
The feedback we receive helps us shape our processes and communications. It also reminds us to put members first and make decisions that we know will add value.
Our panel membership
With over 8,000 members, our member panel accurately reflects the people we support. It includes members of all different ages, ethnicities and statuses, which makes the feedback relevant, meaningful and focused on the things that matter most.

How to join?
If you’re a member of one of the schemes administered by LPPA, you can join our member panel by logging in to your PensionPoint account and completing our online form.
