Monthly returns (MR) client report

The monthly returns (MR) client report will provide clients with a live view of employer submissions

Automatic client emails for payroll form uploads

When a payroll form is uploaded to the portal on the member record, an automatic email notification will be sent to the client.

LPPA is planning to make further reports available on the client portal.

The search functionality will be extended to include further search criteria including payroll number, range and employer.

Employer Estimates

This functionality has been developed so that employers can run estimates on standard retirement, redundancy and ill health.

Viewing submitted forms

Previously, the only form that could be viewed as submitted was the LG leaver form. It will now be possible to view additional submitted forms, including joiner forms, fire forms, web leaver forms and change of details forms. (The web estimate form will require further development).

Changes to Fire web leaver form

This will help to improve the quality of data that is collected on the fire leaver form and reduce the number of queries from our Police and Fire team.

To assist our internal teams in making sure we have all the information required in the correct format.

Exporting MR error messages report

This will allow employers to export and download a list of errors that required fixing from their Monthly Return.

Last submitted MR file

Data will be available on the portal (alongside the current previous contributions view), which allows employers to view their last submitted file.

Bulk reassignment of Workfeed queries

This development will allow queries to be reassigned in bulk and Workfeeds to be filtered.

Members can now view their service history, transfer history and CARE history on PensionPoint – alongside a signposting page that explains the details.
