Pension Awareness Week is all about helping members engage with their pension, but it’s also an opportunity for us to listen.
We’re committed to providing services that meet the needs of the members we support. That’s why we created the LPPA Member Panel, a community of over 8,000 members who help shape future improvements by sharing their experiences, opinions and ideas.
Whether it’s reviewing communications, taking part in surveys or helping us understand what’s important to members, every piece of feedback helps us build a better experience.

Panel members may be invited to:

Feedback helps us understand:

What does participation involve?

The panel is designed to gather a broad range of views from across the local government, police and firefighter communities we support.

It’s a simple way to support positive change while helping LPPA understand what matters most to the people we serve.
