LPPA achieves PASA accreditation

LPPA has achieved accreditation from the Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA), a significant milestone that recognises our commitment to delivering high-quality pension administration services for our clients and their members.

As a leading provider of pension administration services to Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) funds, as well as Police and Fire pension schemes across the UK, we’re passionate about delivering excellent member outcomes and continuously improving the service we provide.

Achieving PASA accreditation follows a detailed assessment process and is widely recognised as the gold standard for pension administration. The accreditation reflects the strength of our operational controls, governance, service standards and our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

This achievement is the result of the hard work, dedication and expertise of colleagues across LPPA, alongside the continued investment we make in our people, processes and technology to meet the evolving needs of schemes and members.

LPPA demonstrated clear commitment to delivering strong operational controls, high service standards and continuous improvement, meeting the benchmark expected through PASA accreditation.

“LPPA joins a growing community of accredited organisations committed to raising standards across the industry. The continued momentum behind accreditation highlights the importance placed on high-quality administration and the value of independent recognition.”
