PensionPoint FAQs

Frequently asked questions about PensionPoint.

A bit of background

PensionPoint is your new online portal, which has been introduced to replace My Pension Online (MPO). Once you have registered your details, it will allow you to view, update and download personal information about your workplace pension.

Depending on your scheme, you will be able to access your new site at some point in 2022. We will send you an email nearer the time to confirm details on how to log in and register. Until then, there’s nothing further you need to do.

Getting started with PensionPoint

We are planning to transfer members over to PensionPoint at different times throughout 2022. Once we know your transfer date, we will email you with full details on how to access the site. We will also notify your employer with these details, so, if we don’t hold an email address for you, they will be able to point you in the right direction.

If you can still log in to My Pension Online, it means that your PensionPoint account has not yet been set up.

Logging in to PensionPoint is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the PensionPoint homepage, select Register, enter your personal details (name, address, National Insurance number etc) and click Submit.
  2. Choose a security question and answer (one you know you’ll remember), then choose your password and click Submit.
  3. You’ll receive an email with a one-time six-digit authentication code. Tick the box to confirm you’ve received the code, enter it into the box and click Submit.
  4. Click the Done button and you’ll be automatically logged in to your PensionPoint account.
  5. You’ll need to enter your email address and password every time you log in – along with a new six-digit authentication code, which will be sent directly to your email address each time you attempt to log in.

 That’s it – you’re good to go!
